We read it and call you

One of the three of us — not a coordinator. We ask what the form could not, and tell you straight away if your budget and your plan do not meet.

We come and measure

At your home, with a laser and a camera. We look at what is behind the walls, where the services run and what the room can actually take.

You get a written quote

Line by line: demolition, services, materials, finishes, cleaning. Fixed for the scope you sign, with a schedule beside it.

3–5 days after the visit

You decide

Take the quote to another contractor if you want to — it is written to be compared. If you go ahead, we book a start date and order the long-lead items.

Yes, and there is nothing attached to it. We measure the room, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through what you want. If it turns out we are not the right fit, you have lost an hour and paid nothing.
Within one business day, usually the same day. Enquiries sent over the weekend are answered Monday morning. If you need someone sooner, call 647-518-6459 — one of us picks up.
Nothing formal. A rough idea of the room, an honest budget range and any photos you have saved. Drawings help if you have them, but most people do not, and we measure everything ourselves anyway.
We can give you a range over the phone from the room size and what you want done, and that range is usually close. We will not put a fixed price in writing without standing in the room. A number quoted blind is a number that changes later.
Yes. Send us the drawings and specifications and we quote and build to them. We will flag anything we think will not work on site — usually services, ceiling height or a tile layout — before it becomes a change order.
They come to us and stay with us. We do not sell or share them, there is no mailing list, and if you ask us to delete your enquiry we do. See the privacy policy.
