Building one of these

Every room here was built on the same terms.

Photographs answer the first question and none of the rest. These four are what people ask the moment the pictures have done their job, and the answers are the same on a powder room and on a whole floor.

The price is fixed before demolition

Itemised, in writing, for the scope you sign. It moves only if you change that scope — or if opening a wall reveals something that has to be corrected, and you approve that first.

Permits and drawings are ours to file

Structure, a second suite, most plumbing moves: we draw it, file the application and meet the inspector. Electrical work is filed with the ESA.

A Master Electrician on the job

Pot lights, heated floors, backlit mirrors and appliance circuits are wired by a licensed Master Electrician who owns the company.

A walkthrough, then the warranty

We walk the finished room with you, write the deficiency list, fix what is on it, and hand over the warranty with the manuals for everything installed.

We do not publish a price next to a photograph, because the same picture can be two very different jobs: whether the plumbing moved, whether the slab is porcelain or natural stone, whether the glass was made to measure. You get the number after the measure — itemised, in writing, and fixed for the scope you sign. Book the visit and we will price the room you actually have.
Usually yes, and where the collection has been discontinued we will find the closest one still in production — porcelain ranges change faster than kitchens do. Bring the project name to the measure and we will price that surface and the alternatives beside it.
On site, roughly three to five weeks for a bathroom, seven to ten for a kitchen, one to two for a fireplace wall or a laundry room, nine to twelve for a basement renovation, and ten to fourteen for a legal basement suite. Add design, selections and lead times before that — cabinetry and slabs are usually what sets the start date, not our schedule. The range for each room is on the services page.
On one project. The Main Floor Make-Over carries its before shots, because the change is the point of that room. Everywhere else what we have are site records rather than photographs, and we will show you those at the meeting — do not expect them to be flattering. What is worth looking at in a before shot is usually the thing behind the wall, and we can walk you through that too.
