The Client bought an older home that hadn’t been updated since the original build, and desired a complete main floor and two-tone kitchen renovation to modernize it to their personal style. The project included structural changes and incorporation of steel and wood beams to remove walls for an open-concept main floor. Complete redesign of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and layout, addition of key value builders: 4’x6’ island with panel-ready dishwasher, porcelain slab countertops and full-height backsplash, built-in double-oven, 4’x4’ tiles, pot-filler and wine rack / wine glass display with linear lighting for ambiance.
