Most condos have limited lighting and high ceilings, so we lowered the ceiling ~4 inches to allow for pot-lights throughout and island lights over the new island for the kitchen. We updated the kitchen countertop and backsplash with stunning porcelain slabs, and built out an entertainment wall for the client’s TV and electric fireplace with porcelain slabs.
