Whole Home Make-Over in Vaughan.

The client was completely redesigning their home – a home that hadn’t been renovated since the house was built in 1991.

We redesigned and reengineered the entire main floor, moving from 5 rooms to an open-concept main floor, relocated and built their new water-vapour fireplace and custom feature wall, redesigned the kitchen with a massive island for hosting, replaced the original stairs and flooring with beautiful white oak paired with custom glass railings to open up the space, redesigned the lighting and electrical throughout the house, upgraded the electrical panel, replumbed the house, designed and built custom closets throughout all bedrooms, linen closet and around the laundry we moved upstairs to blend it into the space.

On the second floor, we also split one large common bathroom into two – creating a second ensuite for Bedroom 2, and a new common bathroom for bedroom 3 to create 3 bed, 3 bath upstairs – all with heated floors, custom vanities, countertops and led lighting.

Further, we redesigned the master bedroom, bathroom and closet area so the client could have a large bathroom oasis with wetroom complete with dual rain-shower heads, dual wall-mounted faucets.
